Configure Gravity Mail for Outlook 2003 using IMAP

IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) is a method of accessing e-mail that is kept on a central mail server. This allows the user to send and receive e-mail using any mail client, from any computer connected to the Internet. It is useful for users who check their mailboxes from multiple computers.

1. Open MS Outlook 2003

2. Click the 'Tools' menu, and select 'E-mail Accounts...'
