Configure Gravity Mail for Outlook 2003 using POP

POP3 (Post Office Protocol) is a method of retrieving e-mail from a central server and downloading to a local PC. Once downloaded, the messages are deleted from the central server. The design of POP was useful for dial-up users with intermittent connectivity.

1. Open MS Outlook 2003

2. Click the 'Tools' menu, and select 'E-mail Accounts...'
